Dieser gut eingeführte Wagen wird von der Mineral-
ölindustrie und der petrochemischen Industrie für
den Transport von flüssigen Stoffen verwendet.

Der C-Last fähige Wagen ist auf dem Behälter-
scheitel mit einer Stutzenpalette für zusätzliche
Obenentleerung vorgerüstet.

Durch die vorausschauende Konzeption des Wagens
können nahezu alle Kundenwünsche realisiert
werden.

V E R W E N D U N G

Zur Beladung des Tanks dient ein auf dem Behälter-
scheitel außermittig angeordneter Dom DN 500.

Die vollständige Entleerung des 1° geknickten
Tanks erfolgt über ein beidseitig flurbedienbares
Bodenventil DN 100, von dem aus ein Auslaufrohr
DN 100 zu den Zapfventilen DN 100 mit 5 1/2"
Gewindeanschluss führt.
Das Bodenventil ist mit dem Zwangsbelüftungs-
ventil gekoppelt. Zur Entladung im geschlossenen
System dient eine beidseitig flurbedienbare Gas-
pendelleitung DN 80 mit Flanschanschluss bzw. 2"
Gewindeanschluss.

Die Fertigung und Ausstattung des Mineralölwagens
entspricht den Bestimmungen des internationalen
Gefahrgutrechts (RID).

The mineral oil tank car is manufactured and
equipped in accordance with international law on
the transportation of dangerous goods (RID).

The C load bearing car has a nozzle frame on the
top of the tank for additional top emptying.

Most customer requests can be accommodated
thanks to the latest design developments.

The tank is loaded via an off-centre dome DN 500
above its top.

The tank slopes 1° towards the middle so it can be
fully emptied on either side from a floor operated
bottom valve DN 100 at the centre of the tank base
via a discharge pipe leading to product valves DN
100 on a 5 ½” thread.
The bottom valve is linked to an auto vent valve.
The vapour return DN 80, floor operable from either
sides, is used for unloading in a closed system.

This modern mineral rail tank car is used by the
mineral oil and petrochemical industry for the
transportation of liquid products.
