file_status Codes

0 -> Not Found
1 -> Found


rom_status Codes
----------------

0 -> Missing ROM / CHD
1 -> CHD with Bad MD5 Checksum


Notes:
- Files are located in "[front-end]\arcade\scan_results\" folder
- Each system have a file with missing games and they all have a '.miss' extension
- In merged sets, the "zip_parentgame" and "zip_bios" are ignored
- Games with full ROMs / CHD missing are not added to this list
