Sumerian [Akkadian] concept of the underworld

We will see another demonstration of how Sumerian reflects Akkadian words:

Akkadian-Sumerians were the language masters of all times. There is no linguist in the world that can explain the trick of entire words used as allophones.

Such a concept (word allophones) does not even exist in linguistics because there is no such bizarre language spoken by humans (like Sumerian) where not only sounds but entire words are used as allophones.

The ideogram 0x01 graphic
giguru [EDGE] has a similar phonetic value to the ideogram 0x01 graphic

gagar [GROUND].

No other linguist has ever recognized the trick before the advent of computers. Without computer's intervention it is impossible to understand why Akkadian qaqqaru equals Sumerian ideograms: gagar [GROUND] = ki [PLACE]  = u [EARTH].

The way the Sumerians completed such a task without computers' help almost 5000 years ago is not a great mystery. Sumerian scribes worked with huge tablet dictionaries where each ideogram had all the phonetic values to date. After Sumerian language was finally deciphered, did it ever cross the mind of scientists the idea that Sumerian is a secret language? Of course it did, but admitting it publicly would end a linguist's career. However, the price one must pay for admitting the truth is higher than the rewards he might reap after that.

But even an amateur can see for himself that Sumerian ideograms: gagar [GROUND] / ki [PLACE]  = [giguru] / u [EARTH] are the same as Akkadian qaqqaru. This conclusion does not require quantum mechanics to understand.

Sumerian and Semitic languages were written simultaneously so as one complimented the other.

Forget about computers! Just imagine that Akkadians / Sumerians had the concept of the planet earth 5000 years ago and they believed that the solar system had eleven planets.

Kaqquru

1) Planet Earth ; 2) land , a tract of land ; 3) the underground ; 4) surface , area , room ; bēr kaqqiri : a league ;

qaqqaru :

1) ground , earth , territory (as opposed to sky and sea ...) 2) : the underworld (?) , the netherworld (?) , hell (?) 3) ground as a surface , terrain , territory [qaqqaru nakri] : ennemy territory [qaqqaru dannum] : difficult terrain 4) stretch of land , extent of land, plot of ground (for a building) , measurement on the field [X bēr qaqqaru] : X kilometers distance 5) district of a constellation 6) base , floor of a boat (brazier ...) 7) part of a liver 8) blank space on a cuneiform tablet 9) (Nuzi) : designation of wool , sort of textile

We will demonstrate that Sumerians used different techniques to hide their Akkadian / Sumerian coexistence. Sumerian cannot function outside Akkadian and vice versa. Both languages were written at the same time.

But this secret language helped not only Akkadian but all the languages of the ancient world.

Sumerian was the language of the lords, priests, the higher cats of society. It was never meant for the public. That is why after several generations after its invention was abandoned and Akkadian, the vulgar language of the people took its place. Sumerian vanished because it became the language of the elite, of the very few who could successfully translate it to Akkadian but, when the creators of Sumerian passed away, their ideal of sustaining a parallel language to the spoken one - died as well.

Other extinct languages left traces because they were spoken by real people but the author of Sumerian did not want to reveal its speakers because it was meant for the lords of the sky, earth and sea not for humans.

Sumerian seemed to appear from nowhere because their speakers (or rather listeners) were gods. Sumerian had a divine name and was designed for divine beings.

Sumerian was a script but its hidden messages remain embedded in all Semitic languages that inherited the Akkadian genes.

Before it vanished, Sumerian had greatly influenced languages as far east as the Indus River, which flows from the Himalayas through Pakistan to the Arabian Sea, and as far west as the Nile of the later Egyptian kingdoms, as far north as the coasts of Illyria, Greece, Italy.

Sumerian ideograms: gagar [GROUND] / ki [PLACE] / kib [BIRD] was duplicated and created other Semitic cognates:

Proto-Semitic: *gabīb-

Afroasiatic etymology: Afroasiatic etymology

Meaning: 'ground, earth'

Akkadian: gabību

Arabic: gabīb-, gabūb-

Notes: Partial reduplication

Sumerian ideograms explain why the Egyptian earth god Geb was also represented by a duck. Egyptians tried to explain the name by assuming that earthquakes were created by a big cackler, a huge duck. Little did they know that the ideogram for duck and for earth was the same in Sumerian and that is why all Semitic languages call the earth and the bird with the same name.

Because b/m are allophones we can assume that the Sumerian cognate gave birth to Indo European:

Proto-IE: *ghem-

Meaning: earth

Hittite: gim(ma)ra- c. 'Feld, Flur' Tischler 573 f

Old Indian: gen. gmá-ḥ (as if from kṣā́ḥ, see *dg'hem-)

Old Greek: khamái̯ `zur Erde hin, auf der Erde'

Russ. meaning: земля

References: WP I 662 f, Buck 16

Comments: Hard to distinguish from the reflexes of the widely spread *dg'hem- #395. All Italic forms (Lat humus, etc.) may in fact belong here.

Partly reduplicated:

Proto-IE: *dg'hem-

Nostratic etymology: Nostratic etymology

Tokharian: A tkaṃ, B keṃ `Erde' (Adams 192)

Old Indian: kṣā́ḥ, gen. jmáḥ, gmáḥ, kṣmáḥ, acc. kṣām, instr. jmā́, kṣamā́, loc. kṣámi `ground, earth', kṣámya- `terrestrial'

Avestan: zɔ̄, gen. zǝmo, acc. ząm, loc. zǝmi 'Erde, Erdboden'

Old Greek: khthṓn, -onós f. `Erde, Erdboden, Land', khthamaló- `niedrig', neo-khmó- `neu, ungewöhnlich, fremdartig'

Slavic: *zemljā́; *zemь

Baltic: *ǯem-i- f., *ǯem-iā̃ f., *ǯam-iā̃ f.

Albanian: dhe .m

Latin: humus, -ī/-ūs f. (/m.) `Erde, Erdboden', humilis `niedrig'

Other Italic: Osk hu(n)truis 'inferis', huntrus 'inferos', Umbr hondomu 'infimo'

Russ. meaning: земля

Comments: Hard to distinguish from the reflexes of *g'hem- #3258. All Italic forms (Lat humus, etc.) may in fact belong there.
