Food and meals

I have a quick breakfast at 7.45 before I go to school. I just have a bowl of cornflakes, a piece of toast and marmalade and a glass of orange juice. On Saturdays I have a cooked breakfast. My favourite is fried eggs and bacon with fried tomatoes.

I eat lunch in the school canteen. We can choose what we like. I usually have pizza or a meat pie. Some of my friends take a packed lunch.

In the evening, Mum cooks dinner. We usually eat at about half past six. My favourite is spaghetti bolognese or lasagne, but I also like fish and chips. We have fruit or ice cream for. We sometimes have a take-away meal. My favourite is Chinese.

We always have a big Sunday lunch. I like roast chicken or roast beef with potatoes and peas, followed by apple pie and ice cream. I eat most of my meals at home, except school lunch of course, but I sometimes have hamburgers with my friends in town.
