I have always been interested in finance world. That is why I decided to study Banking and Finance on the University of Cambridge. During the course of my studies I was awarded a scholarship in Russia thanks to my good grades. I did a one-year course on generating new businesses there. After graduating from the University I worked in an economic sector as a stockbroker for five years. During this time I wrote and defended my PhD thesis in finance. After another three years I got an offer from The Financial Times to become an editor due to my knowledge of the world of finance. I was responsible also to cooperate with the Russian branch of the magazine. Now, after ten years I am looking for the job strictly connected to finance again.
