Check the cable path: stop the cable catching,
kinking or rubbing on collars etc, ...
Change the cable if necessary.

If the controls are very difficult to operate, inform
your local After Sales Head Office (For UK, contact
the Technical Services Department).
Unhook the cable from the control panel or the
assembly and check the operation of the control
knob and the flap  (mixing or distribution).
Is this correct?

Change the control panel or the heating /
ventilation assembly.
(If the flap is difficult to operate).
