REMOVAL - REFITTING GLUED SEAL ON FRONT AND REAR DOORS

REMOVAL



Remove
:


THE ASSEMBLED DOOR



FRONT DOOR TRIM PANEL or REAR DOOR TRIM PANEL



THE FRONT DOOR FRAME INTERIOR TRIM or THE REAR DOOR FRAME INTERIOR TRIM



Gradually detach the seal from the door panel
.


Remove the door panel seal
.

REFITTING



A - Front door
.


B - Rear door
.


Clean the contact area on the door surround
.


Detach the film protecting the seal
.


Position the seal (1) following the mark (2) starting from the top corner
.


Position the seal without pulling it, to avoid stretching it, following the outline of the stamped section, ending at the lower section
.


Using a spatula press firmly on the internal lip of the seal (1) to ensure that the edge is stuck correctly
.


Proceed in the reverse order to removal
