6. W sprawach nieuregulowanych umow¹ maj¹ zastosowanie w³aœciwe przepisy.

To the matters not provided for herein the pertinent provisions will be applicable.

5. Kupuj¹cy oœwiadcza, i¿ zna i akceptuje stan techniczny samochodu.

The buyer states that he has knowledge of and accepts a technical condition of the above vehicle.
