REPLACEMENT FRONT BUMPER SPOILERS

REMOVAL



Place the vehicle on a lift
.


Remove
:


the side mud guards



the protective shield under the engine



Using a flat tool (1), move aside the clips (2)
.


Detach the spoilers (3) from the bumper (4), then remove them
.


Using a screwdriver detach the clips (2) from the bumper
.

2 -
REFITTING



Mark then identify the drill holes (10 holes) on the spoilers, starting with the existing securing hole
.


Drill the spoilers to a diameter of 4,2 mm
.


Align the spoilers on the bumper and keep them in position using clamps (5)
.


Identify the drill holes (6)
.


Drill holes in the bumper to a diameter of 4,2 mm (Following the line(s) (6) )
.


Position bolt plates (7) (part no. 6985.15) and flanged nuts (8) (part no. 6936.95) (As indicated)
.


Tighten the nuts (8)
.


Continue the fitting operations in the reverse order to removal
.
