Techniques of acquiring
offline clients!
Introduction
Thankyou very much for grabbing yourself a copy
of my latest WSO  Offline Client Cash.
My name is Zesh Ali and I am an Offline
marketing consultant and recently I have decided
to tap into Internet marketing  teach people my
techniques on how to make money offline.
I am somewhat of a  shy person and have always
kept to myself. However, a few months ago my
wife encouraged me to start sharing my strategies
on the Warrior Forum and encourage people to tap
into the offline world..

strategies of getting offline clients who are willing
to pay you instant cash for your services.
There are several different ways I obtain offline
clients and using these  tricks I can easily make
up to $1000 a week!
As always I am going to keep things simple and
 newbie friendly. If you are a newbie then I also
promise to take care of the  technical side of
things.
In this WSO I will not talk about cold calling or
face to face selling - in fact I will show you
exactly how you are going to have clients
contacting you.
I will show you  copy and paste techniques of
acquiring offline clients who are virtually going to
 beg for your services.
In the first section of this WSO I am briefly going
to talk to you about what the actual method
involves.
Let s get going!

The Offline Client Cash Method
If you are wondering what this method involves
and what it is about then you have come to the
right place.
This method simply involves using my
underground  copy and paste techniques of
getting offline clients knocking on your door
wanting to use your services.
By  copy and paste I mean literally you can go
online and start copying and pasting my exact
swipe files (that I have provided in this WSO) to
start getting clients for your offline consulting
business.
Sounds difficult?  In fact this is the easiest way of
getting offline clients and I can honestly say that I
can do this all day long without having to do any
cold calling or face to face selling.
In the first part of this WSO I am going to show
you how you can use this technique to start getting
clients from Facebook.
Using the Offline Client Cash Strategy with
Facebook
Facebook is nothing new when it comes to offline
consulting but I have a special strategy I use to get
1 in 5 clients to say yes and start contacting me.
Want to know how I do it?
I am not going to go through a full history of
Facebook and give you the benefits of it.
However, the main facts you should be noting
down is that: -
Facebook has over 700 million users
More and more businesses are turning to
Facebook
It is a great way to get potential offline clients
who need help with their marketing
Before anything else the first thing I advise you to
do is create a separate profile for yourself. Make
sure this profile is the profile you use to interact
with your potential offline prospects.
The last thing you want is to mix your personal
Facebook profile with your business profile.
So just to summarise 
1. Your Personal profile (with your friends
needs to be kept separate)
2. Your Client profile is the profile you are
going to use to interact with your potential
Offline prospects.
Sounds easy? Good!
When you create a new profile for your offline
business Facebook has its own automated system
that does not allow you to call yourself  media or
consulting or offline, so for now make sure when
you sign up you either use a different name or your
own name  then change it to something else
(perhaps a nickname).
Once your new profile is ready you might want to
have a logo of your business or a basic logo  you
can hire someone from Fiverr to create you a nice
looking logo  if you don t have one.

Once you have a 200 by 600 banner for your
Facebook profile up and running fill out the basic
information and then you are ready to start getting
clients.
At this stage  with your new Facebook profile 
that you have just created  you need to make sure
you can trust your outsourcers to use this (more on
this later). So make sure you create a brand new
email address to associate with this new profile.
In the next section of this WSO I am going to
show you how to use Yell.com to find clients who
have websites  and then we are going to see if
these clients have a Facebook page.
Yell.com  The  Snoop Method
The next thing you want to do is go to Yell.com
and type in the business category you want to
target.
Before I continue I target the following types of
businesses for this technique.
Cake Makers and Decorations
Local clothing businesses
Chocolate makers
Canvas designers (i.e. art)
Lawyers
Dentists
Printing Businesses
T-Shirt businesses
Tattoo parlours
Massage Therapists
Restaurants/Pizza takeaways
Weight Loss Supplement companies
The reason I target these types of businesses is
because the Facebook audience is responsive to
these businesses  thus making it easier for you to
provide a decent Facebook service to the Local
business owner.
Also businesses like these are going to rely on
Facebook to get local clients to their page and use
their service.
Makes sense? Great!
The Snoop Method
So what is the  snoop method? The snoop
method is simply snooping on Yell.com and
looking at businesses that are linked to Facebook.
If they have a presence on Facebook then that is
telling us something.
THE BUSINESS HAS ATTEMPTED or WANTS
to promote themselves on Facebook but are they
doing a good job?  That is where YOU come in!
 Ya feel me? (LOL!)
So the first thing I would do is head
over to Yell and type in the relevant
keyword.
I have typed  Cakemakers in Swindon and I have
a list of cakemakers based in that area that already
have websites.
So for example, let s take a look at this business.
 Need A Cake .
They have a website - http://www.need-a-
cake.co.uk/
They have social media presence  Facebook page,
Twitter account and a Flickr link.
Before you take a look at your prospects Facebook
page always ask yourself the following question.
Is my client on the first page of Google, for the
main keyword?
For this client if I type in  Cakemakers in
Swindon or  Cake decorators in Swindon the
business is nowhere found!
(This could be something you might want to raise
when it comes to offering your services  perhaps
as an upsell).
Okay, the next thing you want to do is head over to
your client s Facebook page.

This is the Facbook page of this business.
The first thing you should already be aware of is
that this one here has already a Facebook
 welcome landing page .
You can also see that that they have managed to
get around 758 likes to their page.
However, on closer observation you can see that
this offline business is using FMBL.
Didn t that expire a long time ago?
If we click on their FMBL tab we are linked to a
blank page.
You will also notice from their page is that they do
not have any 200 by 600 Facebook banner. They
are currently using their company logo as their
Facebook banner.
Perhaps they are not aware of the benefits of a 200
by 600 Facebook banner?
The next thing you need to do is leave a message
for the admin of the Facebook page so they can get
back to you.
However, before you leave your message you need
to decide as to what you intend to offer them.
From their Facebook page we can see that they
could do with the following:-
Facebook banner 200 by 600
FMBL needs replacing with an Iframe tab
The number of  likes could be increased  if
you are familiar with Facebook PPC Ads
No Auto responder mechanism on the
Facebook page
Their Facebook page is not embedded on their
website
You can make an easy $97 or Ł97 (if you are from
the UK) by offering a 200 by 600 Facebook
banner, an Iframe tab with their special offer and
also integrate an Autoresponder onto their
welcome page so they can start capturing email
addresses and names.
Therefore, here is a message I would leave on their
page.
I have included this swipe file that you can copy
and paste. I call this swipe the  Easy Money
swipe because you can make an easy $97 offering
to create a banner for the business and update their
Iframe tab on their page, with an Autoresponder.
Please refer to the  Easy Money Swipe file  you
are using an  easy approach.
In the  Easy Money copy and paste approach you
are going to come across as a normal everyday
person who wants to help out. If you come across
as someone who is trying to  sell straight away
then the potential offline client will shy away and
make up some excuse.
Therefore, we can see from this approach that I
have highlighted several areas for the business that
they need to consider.
Updating their page (i.e. the tabs)
Something that is going to set them apart from
their competitors  (this will get them curious
and get them thinking!)
Integration of an Autoresponder on their
Facebook page.
Before you start panicking you can easily
outsource the above tasks by heading over to
Fiverr.
Here are the Gigs I would recommend for the

In the next section I am going to show you how to
use the  Ninja swipe approach when looking for a
client on Facebook.
Again, I have attached a copy and paste swipe file
for this.
The Ninja Swipe Approach
With this approach we are going to use a different
tactic to the one above  the  Ninja Swipe
approach.
Again, the first thing I am going to do is head over
to Yell.com and look for a particular business.
Again I am going to stick to cakes because most
cake businesses rely heavily on Facebook.
Let s take a look at  Fancy Cakes and see if they
have a Facebook page.

The next thing to do is take a look at their page
and see what areas this page is lacking.
Immediately we can spot a couple of things from
this Facebook page.
1. We know that this page is active as the admin
often posts status updates on the page  which
enables her to send out special offers to her
customers.
2. There is no vanity URL for this page.
3. The owner of this page is not familiar with
Facebook marketing.
We also see that the number of likes for this page
are only 99 and there are no landing pages or
welcome page tabs.
In fact the owner of this page does not even have a
logo!
Therefore, before I show you the Ninja swipe
approach to this we can offer the following
Facebook service to her.
Facebook banner (200 by 600)
Facebook landing page (welcome page)
Vanity URL
Embed the Facebook page directly onto her
website
Upsell her to something else  i.e. get her
more fans to her page.
The first thing you need to do is get the attention
of the business owner. So for example, if I was to
get this offline business owner s attention I would
directly post something like this on her Facebook
page.
(This is the Ninja swipe method and it involves
using a tactic that would want to call you right
away).
The next thing to do is post this message directly
on the Facebook page of your client.
Please refer to Swipe email 2 (the Ninja swipe
approach) and use it as a basis to get your client
calling you fast!
I find that the offer of the  FREE consultation
gets them calling you fast or they will simply post
directly on the page so make sure you check the
update once they log on to Facebook.
The key to this approach is to sound informal and
not give the impression you are trying to sell them
something but doing them a favour by raising up
the issue about their business and their Facebook
page.
I have had many clients directly on Facebook
when using this strategy and some of them end up
calling me directly!
There is a special section in this WSO that talks
about pricing and the type of price to offer to your
Facebook clients.
In the next section I am going to show you how to
use a  Mass Control approach swipe to have
clients contacting you right away!
The Mass Control Approach Swipe
The next approach you can take is to use the Mass
Control Swipe approach. This strategy involves
giving something away for free to your potential
client and then upsell them on something once
they make contact with you.
I have used this strategy on several occasions to
bag clients who end up paying me to do their
entire Facebook marketing for them  including a
targeted PPC campaign!
This time instead of heading over toYell.com to
find a potential client we are going to use Google.
Here I have entered a search query on Google and
we can see businesses are spending money on
Google Adwords  which means they are serious
about their marketing.
So let s take a look at the following website.

They have a Facebook page!
Great  Now let s head over to their Facebook
page.

Here we can see that the owner of this business
have attempted some sort of Facebook marketing.
For example, they have used several tabs such as
the  Promotion tab.
However, there is no 200 by 600 banner nor there
is a welcome landing page.
So how can we use the  Mass Control swipe
strategy on here?
We are going to offer something for FREE this
time.
Here is an example swipe mass control message
you can post on your client s Facebook page.
Please refer to swipe file 3  the Mass Control
strategy.
Just to recap this approach you can offer the
following types of FREE services to your prospect.
FREE Consultation
FREE Trial (5 day trial)
FREE Video
FREE gift through squeeze page
If you are going to offer a FREE consultation talk
about their Facebook page and what areas they
need improving. For example, you could upsell
them on a Facebook banner plus a welcome page
tab (both tasks are easy to outsource on Fiverr).
With a FREE consultation this is what I do.
1. Talk to them on the phone or Skype for 5
minutes (i.e. get them to call you or call them).
2. Talk about their Facebook page, suggesting
any strategies they should be using.
3. Go for the upsell  this is where you make the
money. Once you have them hooked on your
services (i.e. show them a few examples) then
offer the service to them and close the deal.
Throughout the FREE consultation make sure you
are not doing any hard selling or forcing your
offline client to say yes.
The prospect will already be happy with your
FREE consultation and by taking you up on your
offer they are showing an interest!
If you are going to be offering a FREE trial to any
prospect then make sure you only do this for 5
days. The last thing you want using this strategy is
full of  offline freebie seekers !
Some of the types of FREE trial services you
might want to offer are :-
Get more people to their page
Run a campaign for them for 5 days and then
surprise them with the results  do this for
FREE  if they are happy they will pay you
the next time (in the Facebook campaign
spend no more than $20)  I will have a special
WSO on Facebook ads and how to run
campaigns for Local businesses
You might want to do a FREE promotional
contest for them using any of the following
services.

If you are going to offer a FREE video then you
can use free software to create a free 30 second
promotional video for their Facebook page.

Finally, if you are going to use a squeeze page and
get them to opt in then have a video full of content.
In the video you can talk about the following.
Their Facebook page
How they can benefit from having a custom
Facebook banner and a welcome page landing
page  throughout the video get them excited.
And then use a call to action i.e. get them to
contact you.
Using this strategy you will often find that
business owners cannot say no to a free offer.
However, this does not mean you should be going
around offering your services for FREE  use this
swipe strategy to get them interested so you can
get your  foot in the door before you start
offering your services.
In the next section I am going to show you how
you can use the  killer copy and paste swipe
strategy to get clients from Facebook.
The Killer Approach Swipe
This strategy involves taking a much direct
approach when it comes to getting clients to
contact you. The other approaches are different in
the sense that they are not directly offering the
service.
However, this strategy involves directly telling
them who you are and what you are offering.
The first thing I am going to do is head over to
Google and type in a business name and location.
Again, I am going to focus on businesses that are
spending money  on Yell and Google.
I can see that http://www.clairscakery.co.uk/ are
spending money on Google Adwords.
Let s see if they have a Facebook page.
Here is a link to their Facebook page.

Almost immediately we can see from this
Facebook page that they only have 32 Facebook
fans and there is no real effort to market the page,
despite lots of activity from the owner of the page.
Note the following conclusions can be made from
this Facebook page.
Not enough Facebook Fans
No Banner
No Landing page (welcome page)
No Facebook vanity URL
If I was to approach this client using the  copy
and paste  Killer approach I would post
something like this on the page.
This  killer strategy is a direct strategy that is
basically saying  buy my service because the
potential client is  crying out for help.
In the next section I am going to show you how
you can use an existing powerful resource to have
offline clients calling you. This is a paid service
but is worth every penny!
Using the Offline Client Cash Strategy with
Ecademy.com
Those of you who are familiar with LinkedIn will
know how powerful it is if you can get your offline
offer in front of thousands and thousands of
potential offline customers.
Once resource I find very powerful is none other
than Ecademy.com.
This is simply a business network website where
business owners around the world gather to
network, share ideas and also find ways where
they can increase their business.
The first thing you need to do is register on
Ecademy.com.
Registering is pretty straight forward  you can
either register via Facebook or create a new
account using your email address.
After you have registered you are then given the
option of creating your profile. Simply fill out
your profile and also use a picture to get noticed.
Ecademy give you a FREE 7 day trial so you can
check out their features, post ads and get to know
members. I highly recommend you upgrade
because there are lots of benefits (more on this
later).
One of the many benefits of Ecademy is that the
internal  blogging allow you to get highly ranked
on the search engines.
This website also allows you to create unlimited
marketplace ads! These ads are always getting
browsed by potential offline clients.
The first thing I am going to do is post a
marketplace ad on the website.
Please refer to the swipe file on posting an ad on
Ecademy.
Posting an ad on the marketplace is pretty easy. In
the swipe file I have included several examples of
different titles you can use in your ad to get
noticed.
Let s go ahead and post an ad.
The first thing you need to do is click  New
Listing .
When you are about to post a listing you need to
make sure you have an attention grabbing title.
Under the SEO description you can give a short
abstract of your listing. If you upgrade to the Black
Stars option your abstract is indexed on Google.
However, for now I am going to stick to my basic
upgrade.
Under Listing this is where you post your ad.
Here you can be creative as possible and post
images/videos and lots of proof about your service.
You might want to take the Mass Control swipe
approach here and simply offer something for free
 would be a nice way to build a list of offline
clients!
When creating your listing on Ecademy you are
also given an option to have a message to be sent
to the person who responds to your listing.
This is powerful and it can get you automated
requests on your squeeze page or get clients
calling you without you having to do any cold
calling!
Once you have included any relevant images in
your listing then simply post your listing.

Here you can see I have decided to offer a FREE
consultation. Your ad stays on the listing for 3
months.
In fact you can post as many ads as you like on the
marketplace  but don t go around spamming as
people will start giving you bad ratings!

My title also stands out and this will have potential
offline clients calling me requesting a free
consultation!

I bet you are because this is a powerful way to
build your offline portfolio in a short space of time
and deal with offline clients from all over the
world!
This is just the beginning!
Ecademy also has a powerful internal  blogging
mechanism that allows you to post blogs.
The great thing about these  blogs is that they are
extremely search engine friendly!
To view the current blogs on the website click on
 Latest Blogs and then you can browse all the
different blogs people have posted  users can also
comment on these blogs.
You can see there are people who have blogged
about all kinds of topics. The tip here is to make
sure your blog title is the main keyword you want
to get indexed on the search engines.

How cool is that?
When posting a blog make sure you do not simply
start spamming.
The key to a successful blog post is to offer good

That way people are going to visit his website and
contact him.
