Movie for broad-band (300kbps)
Apply manual tension to the fascia in
the desired direction before applying
the Kinesio Tex.
With no tension on the Kinesio Tex,
apply the base of tape to the affected
area.
Stabilize the base of the Kinesio Tex.
Hold the ends of both tails and
oscillate (alternately pull and release)
the tape as you apply it to the skin to
either hold or assist the fascia in
unwinding from the desired position.
Apply the Kinesio Tex with light to
moderate (25-50%) available tension
in a direction toward the fascia that is
easy to loosen.
Apply the ends of the Kinesio Tex
with no tension.
