Patient position:
Sitting or supine with the hand stabilized.
Abduct the 5th finger.
Examiner pressure:
Against the ulnar side of the 5th finger in the
direction of adduction to the midline of the
hand.
Check on the radio button that best describes your test results. If the numeric grade is lower
than 5, click on the NEXT button located on the bottom right hand corner of this page, and
proceed to the Tape Specification Section.
