Dear Sir/Madam,

Please be advised that this vessel follows a strict code of safe working practices, for the Safety of Life and the Protection of the Environment.

All the personnel boarding the vessel are to follow Safety and Environment Protection procedures, as advised by the Duty Officer and as displayed.

You are advised to instruct all your personnel to follow the Safety and Pollution Prevention codes. Anyone found not complying to the code, may at the discretion of the Master be stopped working onboard, till he complies with the code.

The ship and Master shall not be liable for any injuries or death caused if the person concerned has not followed the ship's Safety Codes. Your kind co-operation is solicited in our effort to operate Safe Ship and in the `Prevention of Pollution'.
