Almost everybody suffers from stress in everyday life.

What are its various causes and how can we fight against stress?

Stress is very common feeling. It strikes everyone and everywhere - at home, at school, on the street, while traveling or in the underground. Stress has very unpleasant symptoms such as headache, stomachache, paleness
or hands trembling. Prolonged stress may cause high blood pressure, heart attack or sleeplessness. People who work a lot and do not have enough time are more likely to get stressed out then people who have more leisure time.

There are many reasons of stress for instance: problems at school, work or home. Loneliness or illness can cause stress as well. Stress at school or work is the most common type of tension. We often feel stressed out while taking an exam or while responding to questions what makes us more nervous and sometimes even makes us to forget what we had in mind. Stress can also be caused by getting low note\grade in school and it may stay unit we receive better note\grade what may takes weeks.

Stress at work also plays a great factor and it usually arises whenever manager doesn't listen to his employees. Stress become even stronger when the job that is being performed is dangerous or employee qualifications
are not got enough for that particular position. Unemployment or losing job also causes stress and may lead to depression and nervous breakdown. Most of the time, people who constantly live under high pressure are very shy and do not have a lot of self-confidence.

We also become stressed out while traveling. In this particular case we may become stress out over being robbed or that something unpredictable may happen to us such as plane crash or car accident. People also become anxious what leads to stress when they do not have any friends, family or anybody else to talk to. Many adults live in stress when it comes up to solving problems, making up an important decision or settling sensible matter. Tragic events such as death in family or serious disease have negative influence on our psychological behavior. Not only tragic events but also pleasant events such as marriage or child's birth causes stress. In my opinion people are afraid to change their lives and that's why they are stress out over everything new they do!

There are many ways to relive stress. One of them is exercising. There is no better way to relax then practicing the sport that we love. Resting, going out (for example to the cinema, theatre or club) also helps in reliving stress. Meeting up with friends, talking to family members may also help us to forget about the problems and bring us comfort. Taking people good advices, screaming out and crying out loud may also reduce the stress factor by notch.

When stress overwhelms us, we should seek professional help by visiting psychologist or some other specialist. Easting more healthy products that contain more vitamins and minerals would have positive influence on our organism. If you are living in stress you should consider spending more time with the family and friends and try not to think about the problems at least for awhile.

For example: If you stay in queue do not be angry just try to calm down and think positively. If you are stuck in traffic just be patient and concentrate on what is going on the road and not on your stress. If you are student do not get nervous and try to think rationally and positively before the tests. While taking test try to be calm
and if it happens that you fail an exam do not stress much over that, there is always going to be another test where you can improve. If you get fired, remember you can also find a new, better job.

In my opinion if we try to fight with stress, we may be happier and avoid many unpleasant situations. However, people will never relieve stress completely and we will always suffer from stress in some parts of our lives.
