A: I'm very excited to welcome back our food and health expert, John Collins, to the programme. What are you going to talk about today, John?

B: Well, I want to look at some cheap and healthy recipes.

A: Sounds good.

B: Yes. A lot of people say that they would like to eat well but can't afford it. This is madness. Fresh vegetables are very cheap and you can make some beautiful meals. Meals which are full of vitamins and don't have any salt, except what you use for flavour.

A: So, what's your first recipe?

B: It's called shakshouka.

A: Interesting name!

B: Yes. I've eaten shakshouka in Israel and in Egypt so I'm not sure what language the word comes from. It's a great recipe when tomatoes are cheap, in August and September. And, you can use, almost anything to make it.

A: Anything?

B: Yes. I think most people make it to use up the old vegetables in their fridge so, whatever is in the fridge can go into the shakshouka. Now, to make this, you need… (fade)

B: Yes, here they are.

A: Great…wait a minute. You said it was a comedy. These tickets are for a thriller

B: Yes, but Samuel Jackson is in it and it's directed by James Cameron. It'll be great.

A: What do you think this is trying to say?

B: Well, look at the colours and these lines. I think the artist is trying to show how sad the world is.

A: I don't like it. Let's go upstairs. There's an exhibition of Monet's paintings there.

A: Could you tell me where the fiction section is, please?

B: Just over there. Past biography and travel.

A: Great, thanks. Er.. do you know if you've got the new Tom Robbin's novel?

B: Yes, it's there under R.

A: This is a wonderful place

B: Yes, the stage and the lights are superb.

A: The seats are so comfortable

B: I hope it's a good performance

A: Yes, I love this play.

B (Quietly) Sssh. The curtains are opening. It's starting.
