All members of the society have equal access to power.
Economical system of the free-market. Everybody can establish business. The person must only implement some procedures .
The laws are independent and settle a dispute. Formally exist quality before tha law. Everybody have equal opportunities .
Freedom of political, expression, freedom of speech, freedom of press are esential so that citizens are informed and able to vote in their personal interests.
The electorate are resistant to different type of pressure, a corruption and another factor which cause decision making inspite of their free will.
The electorate can make up one’s mind in concrete business in spite of valition the public opinion.
The political system assure ganeral, equal participation citizens in estate and manage national heritate, access to cultural goods, education and protection of health.
MINUS:
If any democracy is not carefully legislated to avoid an uneven distribution of political power with balances such as the separation of powers, then a branch of the system of rule is able to accumulate power in a way that is harmful to democracy itself.
The pressure groups to come into being want to get for oneself more money thanks to tax allowance. This sytuation diminish development.
The politicians don’t take a decisions which are necessary for society. They don’t do this because afraid loss position in the general election.
