Information available from the Weekly Edition of Admiralty Notices to Mariners.

On the front covcr there is a list of Contents, reference to Copyright, important Fax/Telephone numbers. e-inail and websile addresses, and a request to inforni the UKHO on discovery of new dangers or shorteomings in Admiralty produets.

Searchable Notices to Mariners are now availablc on linę al the UKHO Websile. For an explanation of how to acccss and use the website for ANMs see cliaptcr 4.

The beginning of this secLion contains guidance notes for usc of Admiralty Nolices to Mariners on-line. There are a number of explanatory notes aboul specific ilems within the Weekly Noticcs to Mariners.

It is slrongly reeommended that you read thoroughly the “EXPLANATORY NOTES¹'.

Admiralty Charts and Publications Now Pubłished and AraUable This part contains a list of New Cliarts and Publications, foliowed by New Editions of Cliarts and Publications pubłished in Ihe last week and available from Admiralty Chart Agents. It is important to monitor this Information in casc you should be lefl wilh an oul-of-date edition of a chart which has been superseded by a new version. When you receive a NC/NE, you musi deslroy the old superseded copies immediately. It is dangerous to use an out-of-date edition of a chart.

Admiralty Charts and Publications to be pubłished A list of charts to be pubłished as New Cliarts orNew Editions of existing charts and a list of New Admiralty Publicaiions scheduled to be pubłished on a certain datę in the futurę. They will be available from Admiralty Chart Agents on this dale. This is included so that you can place advanced orders with your Admiralty Chait Agent.

Revisedpublication dates This paragrapli revises the publiealion datę of a chart or publication which has bccn announced in previous weeks. A reason for any delay is given.

Admiralty Charts and Publications pennanently withdrawn. As a resull of the publication of a New Chart or New Publication, certain olher charts or publications of the same gcographicał area may be cancelled and withdrawn. It is impoitant that you destroy the canccllcd copies as soon as you receive the new copy.
