AUTHE MTICATION REOUIREfVENTS

1.    You suspectthe enemy is on your net(Deception).

2.    Youtell a stationto goto radio silence orask itto breakthat silence. (Usethe seif authentication procedurę for this.)

3.    Someone challengesyou to authenticate. (But, don't break radio silence to dothis.

4.    You talk about enemy contact, give an earfy warning report or issue afollow-up report. (This nule applies eventhoughyou used a brevity list.

5.    Youtransmit directions which affectthe tactical situation, such as "Change locations", "Shift fire", 'Changefrequencies" or"Tumoff the radio".

6.    You cancel a message by radio orvisual means, and the other station can not recognizeyou.

7.    It is the firsttransmission, oryou resume transmitting after a long period.

8.    Youtransmit to someone who is under radio listening silence.

9.    You are authorizedtotransmita classified message inthe elear.

10. Youtransmit a message withoutgetting a response.
