Effective communication is most often described as an ability to express your thoughts and feelings in a precise and elear way. It is expressing yourself concise and at the same tirne convincing way.
We say that communication is ineffective if:
your messages are imprecise, nobody knows what you are aiming at.
- you only wait to interrupt the speaker and present your point of view.
- you listen selectively, you only liear what you want to hear.
- you interrupt the speaker and finish the comment for him/her misshaping it the way that suits you.
