Testicular cystic lesions are described in the three chapters: benign testicular cysts, neoplasmatic cysts and cystic dysplasia of the testis. Extratesticular lesions comprise hydrocele, varicocele and spermatocele. Testicular and extratesticular calcifications are described in detail, accompanied with their impact on the development of testicular tumors and małe infertility.

The chapters on criptorchidism and atrophy of the testes describe also the embryo-logical and anatomical basis for better understanding and comparison of obtained ultra-sound images.
