Wacky Wire Ornament

Tbis ornament is super fun and easy to make! Wire comes in all kinds of col-ors, so use wbatever ones you Hke, in ary combination.

1.    Ask an adult to help you cut seven 2- to 3-foot lengths of wire.

2.    Using one length of wire at a time, wind the wire around a pen-cil, straw, or dowel to create a spring.

3.    Puli the springs apart to lengthen.

^ł. Remove the cap from the glass or plastic bulb.

5.    Insert six springs into the bulb.

6.    Put the last spring through the loop in the cap.

7.    Replace the cap on the bulb.

1.    Pin the pattern on page 25 to the felt square; cut two (a front and a back).

2.    Choose one felt piece for the front. With a pencil. draw the comer markings onto the front of the ornament. Outline these markings and the edges of the ornament with puffy fabric paint. Let dry thoroughly.

Snowflakes or any Chrrttmas mobf sequins

3. Clue sequins onto the front of the ornament. Let dry.

*4. Fold the 1/8* wide ribbon in half. Clue the front and back ornament pieces together while inserting the ribbon ends between the felt layers (the ribbon makes the hanger). Let dry.

5. Make a bow with the 5/16* ribbon. Glue the bow to the front top of the ornament. Let dry.
