Abstract
Many American companies are utilizing Design of Experiment (DoE) techniąues to efficiently analyze and improve the ąuality of their products and services. Excellent results have been achieved by companies which have pursued very different strategies for developing expertise, conducting training, and supporting projects. The authors analyze the approaches of several successful companies and describe altematives to implementing DoE programs in multi-divisional companies.
