FRONT WHEEL REMOVAL AND

REASSEMBLY

FRONT WHEEL REMOVAL

•    Loosen the axle shaft holder bolts ©.

•    Remove the axle nut d).

•    Loosen the axle shaft holder bolts (D.

•    Place the motorcycle on a błock to lift front wheel off the ground.

•    Remove the axle

•    Remove the front wheel.

FRONT WHEEL REASSĘM

•    Reassemble the spacer, front Wheel

•    Tighten the axle nut toThe sp tool.

H Axle nut: 35 N-m (3.5 kgf-m, 25.5 Ib-ft)

•    Fit the axle holder and tighten the bolts temporarily.

•    Remove the błock from under the chassis tubę and move the front fork up and down several times.

•    Tighten the axle holder bolts to the specified torgue.

[*] Axle holder bolt: 18 N-m (1.8 kgf-m, 13.0 Ib-ft)
