PRKPARIHG AND PAINTINC METHOD

-    Degreaee.

-    Rub down the new part with P320 paper, used dry, nr with a red nylon abrasivc pad.

-    Mask off i£ necessary.

-    Apply phoephating primer to the bare metal.

-    Apply surfacing mastic or primer if neceeaary.

-    Rub down with a bÅ‚ock and P150 paper used dry then P240 paper used dry.

-    Apply finishing primer (one-pot).

-    Antl-corrosion protection (see page 90-6 for products and use).
