6-4 CYLINDER, PISTON AND EXHAU$T VALVE

• Remove the exhaust valve bolt ® from the exhaust valve shaft.

CAUTION

Be careful not to bend the top end of the valve shaft arm spring. Loosen the bolt setting the pin ® to the lever. If you didn’t do that, it cause to bend.

•    Remove the four cylinder nuts ®. NOTĘ:

Loosen the cylinder nuts diagonally.

•    Remove the cylinder ®.

Remove the gasket (9) and dowel pins ®.

PISTON REMOVAL

•    Remove the cylinder head and cylinder. (\^T6-3)

•    Remove the piston pin circlip CD-

NOTĘ:

Place cloth on the crankcase to prevent the piston pin circlip from dropping into the crankcase chamber.

•    Remove the piston pin @.

•    Remove the piston ®.

•    Remove the piston ring (4).
