Whether you choose to do your cxercłse> in the evening or morning the beneftts will be the same. Detenmine which time of dsy best suita your convenienoc, and set that hour as your dsily muscle-building period. If it is at all possible for you to undertake the routines in both the morning and again in the cvening, by al! means do so.

WHIN TO EX£RCISE

It is best to exereis« before eating. How-ever, if this is not posaible, let at least an hour pass sfter the mcal. This will allow suffleient time for digestion before the exer-cises draw the blood away from the stornach and to the muscular tissues being afTected by the exercises.    .

Exercise cauaes you to breathe morę hcavily than is customary. Be surę that your room is properly ventilated and well-aired.

Cumbersome elothes will only prove a handicap dur-ing these seasions. I would recommend that you do these exercises white wearing only shorts.
