INSPECTION

* Inspect the exhaust valve rod for smooth movement.
REASSEMBLY
Reassemble the exhaust valve governer and actuator in the reverse order of disassembly. Pay attention to the following points:
* Apply transmission oil to the bearings.
* Assemble the exhaust valve governer.
