1—-Red wire of generator cable from relay terminal marked "BAT." and red wire of main cable from rear terminal under saddle. 2—Green wire of generator cable from generator terminal marked "switch," red wire of horn and light cable. and black wire from panel lamp contact spring. 3—Terminal for use with parking lampa, etc., independent of head lamp—connect to No. 2 to use with head lamp. 4—Black wire of main cable from taił lamp. 5—Black wire from terminal No. 8. 6—Black wire of generator cable from relay terminal. 7—Black wire from oil pressure switch No. 11. 8—Green wire of horn and light cable. from horn. Green wire of main cable. from ignition coil. Black wire (under panel) from charge and discharge indicator light. Black wire from No. 5 terminal. 9—Positive battery terminal (on left side of motorcycle). Red wire with black tracer to red wire of main cable at rear terminal under saddle. 10—Negative battery terminal, connect black wire from ground clamp on frame. 11—Oil pressure switch. Black wire from terminal No. 7. 12—Stop light switch. Green wire from coil (front) terminal. Red wire with black tracer to taił lamp.

Connect black wire with red tracer from handlebars to lamp large terminal screw—red wire with yellow tracer from handlebars to lamp smali terminal screw.

Bulbs: Headlamp—pre-focused type, two filament. 32-21 candle-power. Taił lamp and switch panel lampa—3 candlepower. single contact. Combination stop-taił lamp—two filament. 21-3 candlepower.

DISASSEMBLING REAR WHEEL BRAKE

Remove cotter pin from axie nut. Remove axle nut and axle shaft spacer. Use appropriate stud or claw wheel puller to remove brake shell from tapered axle. Remove square key from axle keyway.

Remove top brake shoe return spring and slip shoes and smali retainer spring out of hołd down springs and away from back piąte.
