REAR CALIPER REASSEMBLY
Reassemble and remount the brake caliper in the reverse order of removal. Pay attention to the following points:
• Apply brake fluid to the piston seal and fit the piston seal and dust seal.
Apply SUZUKI SILICONE GREASE to the caliper axles. sw 99000-25100: SUZUKI SILICONE GREASE
• Tighten the caliper axle bolt © to the specified torque,

H Caliper axle bolt: 28 N m (2.8 kgf-m, 20.0 lb-ft) \
Tighten the brake pad mounting bolt (?}, to the ^specified torque.
H Brake pad mounting bolt; 18 N m (iv8 kgf-m, 13 0 lb-ft)
• Tighten the brake hose unjon.bolt ®. \ f
H Brake hose union bolt: 23 N itv(2:3 kgf-m, 16.5 lb-ft)
• Refill brake fluid and bleed "air from the brake system. (£7° 14-4)
