2. Select suitable thickness of main bearing according to the following table.

		Main bearing grade number
Crankshaft journal grade number	0	0	1	2	3
	1	1	2	3	4

	*3	3	4	5	6

* In case of grade number "3", number "1" and "2" are stamped in place of number "3".

For example:

Main joumal grade number: 2 Crankshaft journal grade number: 3

Main bearing grade number = 2+3

= 5

Refer to S.D.S.

3. Install piston assembly.

a. Set piston rings as shown below.

b.    If either cylinder błock or piston is replaced with new one, select piston grade number and ring set according to the table in S.D.S.

c.    If only a piston ring is replaced with new one, select ring set according to the table in S.D.S.

4. Apply sealant to main bearing cap, then in stall it.

Make surę if the applied sealant has hardenec before starting engine.
