In condusion, our study providcs ncw insighcs into DC standard production for clinical usc. It highlighcs thc medium influence on DC generation and maturation and shows thc nocd to cvaluatc and validatc thc medium but also thc protein constitucnt. According to our rcsults, DC generation in a tested HSA batch-supplcmcntcd RPMI offers thc best compromisc bctwccn maturation cfficicncy and mccting safety rcquircmcnts for operating proccdurcs in clinical applications.
