Research:

The jur isprudential studies carr ied out in the department cover widely ditferent fiełds of research. Special attention is paid to problems relating to civil law, the law of corporate legał persons and specifically agra-rian acts and articles.

For severał years the department has madę a conscientious effort to provide a fundamental contribution to the deve!opment of sociological research in law in the Netherlands. An associate with a training in socio-logy has been acąuired for this pur-pose. The central points of sociolo-gical research in law are: various phenomena in famiły law; the struc-tural alterations which are brought about on behalf of organization-types (corporate legał persons) such as foundations, associations and companies; the changes in the struc-ture of public administration.

Juridical Information: from time to time meetings are organized with those who have finished their study, who - with a view to fuffilling their jobs wel! - must be informed on the practical significance of important changes in (agrarian) law. Les etudes juridiqu.es faites a la Section portent sur des domaines extr6mement differents. Cependant, une attention particultóre est accor-dee aux ąuestions touchant le droit civil, le droit des personnes juridi-ques, les lois ou articles de loi inte-ressant specifiąuement 1’agricul-ture.

Depuis quelques annees, la Section s’efforce consciemment d’ap-porter une contribution fondamen-tale au developpement de la socjologie juridiąue aux Pays-Bas. Un cof-laborateur formę aux methodes so-ciologiąues est charge de cette tache. Les recherches de sociologie juridiąue ont pour th£mes principaux: phenorrónes divers dans le domaine du droit des personnes et de la familie; modifications de structure af-fectant les formes d’organisation (personnes juridiqu.es) telles quc fondations, associations et societes; modifications de structure de Fad-ministration publiąue.
