DEFINING THE LAND VALUE ZONES WITH USE OF GEOSTATISTICAL METHODS

Study has on aim the performance of methods of defining the rangę of land value zones wlh the use of geostatistical methods and tools. On the basis of data conceming prices of building plots, spatial interpolation was conducted with use of kriging method and estimation of individual plots value was executed. For the determining spatial rangę of zones cluster analysis was used with regarding of localization. Defined in this way borders of zones were verified on the basis of ortofotomapa and field inspection. The effect of investigation is development of method of land value map creation which may be helpful for real estate market analysis for the purpose of land management.
