the left T12 paraspinals.
Slightly abduct and extend the
shoulder joint and rotate the trunk to
the same side. Apply the other end of
the Kinesio Tex with light (25%)
available tension along the left costal
arch.
Apply the end with no tension to the
left rectus abdominis muscle.
