   Confirmation Testing

 

Patient position: seated  

Apply the base of the Kinesio Tex to 
the medial epicondyle of the humerus. 

Peel the Kinesio Tex from the paper 
liner and place the tape temporarily 
on the skin. Do not activate the glue 
by rubbing. 

 

As the patient supinates the forearm, 
stabilize the proximal tape attachment 
over the medial epicondyle and pull 
the skin superiorly and medially to 
increase tissue tension  

Peel the backing off the Kinesio Tex 
to the mid-point of the forearm.  

Apply the final 1/3 of tape to radial 
side of the mid-forearm.
