Basics:

Create a circle of beads the desired size.
28 Gold Delica beads are shown in this example       .

Using the Peyote stitch add 12 Gold Delica beads      .

Continue using the Peyote stitch, add 11 size 11/o 
seed beads to the outer edge of the circle.

Add 14 size 13/o seed beads to the inner circle.

Attach to bracelet or necklace.

Toggle/Clasp Example

Create a flat peyote piece, example is 16 (rows 1 & 2)  x 
6 (count beads across on one end).

Zip the 2 ends together.
   Red meets Red   .
   Green meets green   .

This forms a tube.

Options:
Insert a bugle bead into the tube for strength.
Add accent beads to the ends of the tube as decoration.

Find the center (marked 

X

) of the tube.

Attach to desired medium (Necklace, Bracelet, etc..)

Loop can be used for a button or toggle as shown.
