Bearing installation to shaft:

Wheel (item 2) installation to shaft:

- Temperature difference when assembled 125

Adjustment of pre-tensioning of tapered roller bearings (items 6 and 7):

- Pre-tensioning is adjusted by pumping oil to bearing (item 7) inner ring

joint to release it and tightening the locknut (item 8) to 148 Nm torque.

- Bearings must be rotated at least 15 turns to both directions

during adjustment for correct positioning of rollers.

- NOTE. Pre-tensioned bearings are loaded during adjustment and

there after, so bearings must be lubricated.

Gear coupling hub (item 4) joint

pull-up 5,2 ... 5,4 mm.
