Mark an area 18x 40m with one goal 6m wide
●
Divide the players into 5 teams of 2 players each
●
Place one goalkeeper in goal and 5 balls at the side
of the goal
●
The keeper plays the ball out into the area and
the teams try to score a goal on the goalkeeper
ACTIVITY
●
When the teams scores they rest until all but one of the
other teams score a goal
●
The teams that score then re-enter the game until there is
one team left
●
Group the players as fairly as possible by ability and size
●
Players may not stand close to or on the goal line in order
to score or prevent another team from scoring
●
The goalkeeper can only play the ball to open spaces and
must not pass to any player in particular
●
The coach must be strict and avoid any rough play during
the matches as it can become competitive
●
The players will rejoin the game once a final 2 teams have
completed their game
●
When the ball leaves the playing area, the goalkeeper will
restart the game
