rmations can boost not only your

self-image, but also your success in your job. An affi

rmation is a power-

ful tool that will help you develop personal self-confi dence, reprogram

your thinking, and achieve better results. Simply put, affi

rmations are

positive statements that we repeat to ourselves frequently.

Although many people are familiar with this concept, few actually use

it on a regular basis. You may remember the Saturday Night Live skit that

satirized affi
