Confirmation Testing
With the wrist in extension, apply the
Kinesio Tex with the four tails to the
base of the wrist.
Peel the Kinesio Tex from the paper
liner and place the tape tails
temporarily on the skin. Do not
activate the glue by rubbing.
Extend the elbow, wrist, and fingers
as the Kinesio Tex is applied to
increase tissue tension.
Apply the first tail to the tip of the
second (index) finger.
Peel the Kinesio Tex from the paper
liner and place the tape temporarily
on the skin. Do not activate the glue
by rubbing.
Extend the elbow, wrist, and fingers
as the Kinesio Tex is applied to
increase tissue tension.
Apply the rest of the tails to the
middle phalanx of the 3rd, 4th, and
5th fingers.
Peel the Kinesio Tex from the paper
liner and place the tape temporarily
on the skin. Do not activate the glue
by rubbing.
Stabilize the Kinesio Tex at the wrist,
maintaining wrist and elbow extension
to increase tissue tension.
Apply the other end of the tape to the
medial epicondyle of the humerus.
