THE ESSENTIALS FOR A HEALTHY FAMILY – part 3
2014 is the year of extraordinary prophetic fulfillment, provision, protection and progress.
God is calling us to come up higher. The invitation is here and are we hearing it? It is not soft but it is the voice of
trumpets sounding. We cannot remain where we are. We must be caught up in the spirit. We cannot go to heaven
with our natural mind.
God is speaking to us to come up to Him. We are so used to wait for God’s Presence to come down because of our
natural mind. When God speaks the word, we don’t wait for Him to arrive. We must resonate with the word of God.
We must rise up and touch heaven and touch God in the spirit. God is raising a Zion company up. We must carry
the citizenship of heaven. Change our address and citizenship. Be part of God’s kingdom.
Great leaders are great followers. If we can’t follow well, we cannot be great leaders. We need to follow examples.
If we can’t see a good example, we cannot follow. When we can’t follow we will not be able to portray a good
example.
True love is not just saying but laying down of our lives for one another.
1) Spiritual stature
Every member of the family must contribute to the stature. If the wife is not Christian, the father must pull
through. If the husband is weak, the wife can stand and vice versa. If in areas the parents are weak, the
children can stand. But if we don’t know God at all, the family will be disconnected. Find spiritual stature in
God so that He will always be in the house. People walking in the house can change atmosphere. What we
think or what people think can affect us from the outside. But God wants us to be strong. We must be
strong to protect our home by connecting to God.
It is possible anything can go wrong. But in the midst of all these God’s power will come to our family when
we are connected to Him. Don’t sell our birthright. This connecting is more important than anything else. If
the church is not connected to God we will not be able to get connected too.
2) Healthy marriage
Marriage is a very powerful force. When people are married and live righteously and love one another the
strength of their oneness can answer their prayers. One can put a thousand to flight, two ten thousand. A
lot of husband and wife don’t know this power but only make babies. There is more power in this in
marriage. It carries a spiritual blast of power. That’s why we must make sure the husband and wife must be
saved, healed and delivered. We must make sure before marriage, the spouse must be Christian and
following God in order to have the power or else we will be in trouble.
Marriage is drawing life from one another and strengthens one another. If someone sees our marriage they
must see the love of Jesus for the church. This is how powerful it is. He loved the church and lay down His
live for the church. People must see this.
3) Parenting skills
Many of us have the power to raise children but not in the way they should go. Most only give them food
and things like wild plants. Even plants we have to take care. A rose plant is a wild plant but when we take
care of it, it will become beautiful. Some fathers and mothers have no idea how to raise them up. We
cannot give them everything they want. This is not training. Parenting skill is to put into them the different
dimensions of life. As parents we must become our children’s leaders. Most parents are followers of their
children. Train up the child in the ways the child should go.
4) Financial planning
Husband must plan to tithe and sow financially.

2012 October till October 2019 is called the years of plenty. God will create all kinds of environment for
us to make resources. Now is the time to gather. We can do any work is ok as long as we don’t leave
the church because of it.
