Library have implemented a Quality
Management System to achieve the goals,
maximize customer satisfaction and ensure
continuous improvement.
Are there any identification cards for students?
Yes,there are paper cards for each student with
personal code
*Paper cards could be substituted with electronic
cards
What additional services do you provide?
Collections and resources which are easy to access and
appropriately preserved

*Not enough space for the students to study in library,no
accessability to search books by yourself( need to ask)

rights?
Yes,annually library employees are being
trained and provided the list of their rights and
responsibilities.
Does the university control its
purchasing processes of the books to
ensure that purchased product conforms
to students requirements?
Yes,according to the change of the programs
*Surveys should be done for students to find
out their satisfaction of the books aviability
Despite some disadvantages that need to be
improved, such as library space,places to study and
updating for library identification cards,everything
is good,personnel knows their responsibilities and
rights,provide good services for students,e-library is
working efficiently,students have ability to get the
books that university programs require.
We consider library to be certificated.
