Whenever opening a certificate ensure you do this by right clicking and then click open from the drop down menu, do not open by double clicking as this will open up as a document and will not work correctly.

Getting Started

Before opening your required certificate create a new folder in my documents and give it a name relevant to the job you are about to certificate.

Now open the required certificate (don’t forget to left click). Using the top tool bar select file then save as, now select the folder you created and save.

The certificate will now be saved to this folder and the master will not be overwritten.

When you have finished inputting a certificate if you then rename it with the number of that certificate subsequent pages will have the certificate number on their footer. I would advise that you always do this.
