Overall aims: To introduce new vocablulary and revise the vocabulary already known through reading and listening tasks

Assumed knowlege: SS laready know some of vocabulary connected with advertising wchich can be useful.

Practice	T asks SS to read the reading passage from the page 140 and give answers to ex 13 and 14. Production	T asks SS to talk in pairs and ask their friends about their favourite newspapers. What kind of magazines they read and what they find interesting in them. Presentation	T asks SS to math expressions from the ex 15 to given definition. T asks whole class for answers	to introuduce new vocabulary	T<->SS	6 min	Cb	Not all of SS are quiet enough after break. T should calm down the class.
Presentation	T asks SS to replace expressions from the ex 20 to given expressions. T asks individual SS to give answers.	To introduce new vocabulary - it's meaning and correct pronunciation	T <->S	8 min	Cb	T should make sure that all the SS participate actively in the lesson.
Practice	T gives SS 4 newspapers. Polish : Trzynastka, Olivia and English : The Times, The Sun. SS are supposed to write down what are the characteristics of these newspapers. Answer questions from ex 16 on page 141.	To use newly learned vocabulary.	SS<->SS Work in groups	9 min	Cb	T has to explain it exactly so all the SS understand what they are supposed to do. T should remind SS to use English while consulting
Practice	When groups finish describing their newspapers they swap Polish into English ones and than read their descriptions to whole class.	To use newly learned vocabulary and to check the task. Production	T asks SS to write one article from three given in ex 22. Then asks volunteers to read their work	Writing skills and use new vocabulary	S<->S work in pairs S->T	13 min	-	T should make sure that all the SS participate actively in the lesson and they use a lot of English.
