Public opinion has always been divided on the subject of working mothers. Although the opponents put forward some plausible arguments, I strongly believe that this is a blessing.
The statistical data illustrates that more and more women decides to work and have family at the same time. This phenomenon is caused by the less emphasis by society. The advantage of working mothers, is the realization of gender equality.
Secondly, work can be a self-realization for women. So that they feel needed and intelligent. Motherhood is equally important, however, does not give every woman complete realization of all their needs.
An additional advantage of working is opportunity to increase family income. Life is not free and thanks to the job, families can maintain.
In addition to that, the job gives a involves a lot of time. From the point of view of the opponents, this is very bad, specially for children, but as far as I am concerned this can be good for mothers which able to reconcile career and raising a child. This is a kind way to boredom.
Moreover, working mothers have a wider worldview. They have a lot of contacts and friends, spend every day in a variety of environments. This knowledge allows them to better educate their children.
To sum up, working mothers are not curse. I strongly believe that this can help mothers, their children and also society.
