TATAR (STEAK TARTARE)

Ingredients:
1 kg lean beef
12 egg yolks
2 onion
2 teaspoonful salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoonful sunflower oil
some chives; chopped
Mince the beef very finely. Finely chopped onion. In a medium bowl combine beef, egg yolks, onion, salt, pepper and oil. Cover with foil. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Garnish with chives. Serve as a side dish.
