UPGRADING PROCEDURE FOR FS-4700 RECEIVER:

1. Connect the RS232 cable from your receiver to your computer.

2. Switch OFF the receiver.

3. Open the upgrading tool [ERomUpgrade(29e)] .

4. Set the correct COM PORT you are using in your computer.

5. Set “Parity” option to Even and for “Bits Rate” -> 115200.

6. In Operation Mode choose Upgrade.

7. Click Browse to find the place where you save the software and then select the *.abs file.

8. Click NEXT in the bottom of the screen.

9. Switch ON the receiver and it will proceed downloading the software.

10. After finish, click again NEXT to start “Burning”.

11. Wait until it finished. DO NOT POWER OFF.

12. Click FINISHED after it showed you 100%.

13. Your receiver is now successfully upgraded.
