Iris Folded Palm Tree
Pam Livingstone, from Bradenton, Florida in the US, wanted her Christmas cards to reflect that, so made this palm tree Christmas card. She just learned how to do iris folding and after sending out the cards her friends are calling and wanting to know how to do it. So Pam is now planning an iris folding class with them.
Jeannie submitted this palm tree iris folding project.
Soren, from Brooklyn, New York, learned iris folding when visiting her mother in Michigan. She attended a luncheon with her mom's craft group where she learned how to iris fold. This is her first iris folding project, a palm tree birthday card for her friend.
Joan, from SW Florida in the US, framed her palm tree project and gave it to a friend who loves palm trees.
Meady, from Guam, used the palm tree pattern to make this beach scene.
Since it does not snow in Guam, Meady made this warm weather Christmas by decorating the palm tree and adding a 'sandman' made from sand paper.
