Commission Plan

1. The Company agrees to pay the Affiliate Partner a commission calculated on the net revenue generated through new customers referred by the Affiliate website and/or respective Sub-Affiliate websites. The net revenue shall be calculated on the following formula:

• Gross Revenue - Chargeback - Bonus - Taxes - Betting Fees = NET REVENUE

The commission shall be the sum of a percentage of the net revenue achieved through the users directly attracted by the Affiliate Partner (level1) and a percentage of the net revenue achieved through users attracted by the Partner's Sub-Partners in accordance with what is set out in the Commission Plan, displayed on the Partner Program website.

New customers are those customers of bet-at-home.com, who have not yet acquired a betting account and who have accessed bet-at-home.com via the Partner's Website and thus, have properly registered and made real money transfers to their betting account.

Commission Plan:

The Commission shall be a share of the sum of the net revenue. The commission for each level is defined as follows:

• Level 1: 30 % of net revenue

• Level 2: 10 % partner comission

• Level 3: 5 % partner comission

Explanation of the Levels:

• Level 1: Customers directly registered through the Partner.

• Level 2: Customers directly registered through the Sub- Affiliate Partner.

• Level 3: Customers directly registered through the Sub- Affiliate Partner's Sub- Affiliate Partner.

• The commission is calculated at the end of each month and payments shall be performed by the 20th day of each calendar month, provided that the amount due exceeds EUR 50 ('Minimum Threshold') through a request in the Affiliate Programme. If the balance due is less than the Minimum Threshold, it shall be carried over to the following month and shall be payable when it exceeds the Minimum Threshold.
