Overall aims: To revise asking questions through different less and more controlled exercises.

Assumed knowledge: Students may have met the structure before but they do not know all the rules.

Presentation	T asks Ss to read sentences from the exercise 4 on page 132 and then asks some Ss to give their answers	To practice the use of pronouns in asking questions. Practice	T explains the rules of the game .Ss are given envelopes with cut sentences. Their ask is to match the sentences as fast as they can. T checks the answers and gives some points to the group which wins the game.	To see if Ss can work with matching fast and precisely at the same time	T->SS, SS<->SS, (Group work), T<->SS	9 min	handouts	SS may concentrate on doing the task quickly, not correctly. T should tell Ss that he will count points for precision too. SS can also be confused with subject and object questions. T should explain it if needed.
Presentation	T gives SS handouts with word to put in right order to create a question sentence. Then the T asks some of the Ss to give their answers .	To practice asking questions and the use of grammar tenses at the same time.	T->SS, Individual work, T<->SS	5 min	Handouts	SS can have problems with the use of correct grammar structure. T should check and make sure that SS have correct answers.
Practice	T gives Ss handouts and ask Ss to work in pairs. Each person in pair gets a text about Frank, but they have different information missing in the text. The Ss task is to ask each other questions in order to find missing information. After the task the T asks one S to read the story.	To practice asking questions and use them in context.	T->SS, S<->S, (Pair work), T<->SS	6 min	Handouts	Ss may be bored because of big amount of sentences. T should walk around the class and check if Ss work properly.
Practice	T asks SS to read the text on page 132 and write down the questions for the expressions in bold. After the exercise T asks Ss to read their sentences one S by one.	To let Ss practice asking questions in less controlled way.	T->SS, Individual work, T<->SS	9 min	WB	SS will have many sentences to write down and that can be boring for them. SS should walk around the class and check if everybody works properly.
Practice	T asks SS to work in pairs and talk about themselves getting as much information as possible, using pronouns when, who, why what, which, where.	Make students use the asking questions structure in less controlled way and put it context at the same time	T->SS, S<->S, (Pair work), T<->SS	8 min	BB	SS can talk in Polish too much. T should walk around the class and tell Ss to talk in English

Homework: write a short autobiography (10 sentences) about ones life using questions only.
